Pedro Machin has been my Property Manager for several years.  He has been very professional and so competent managing my property.  He handles all finances; he maintains the property and, if necessary, oversees any repairs. He sees that regular maintenance is done as in changing a/c filters and lawn upkeep.  He handles getting tenants, overseeing the property while tenants are there and cleaning and repairing what's needed when tenants move out. I absolutely trust him with property so this frees me to do other things...like travel!

Pedro and I jointly own a rental property in Melbourne, Florida, but frankly Pedro does all the work.  He has managed our rental property in or over a decade.  He has always ensured that it remains rented and returns a steady profit.
