Accuracy and Reliability. The nature of AI is inherently variable, and the Company cannot guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of every AI-generated response. While our team oversees AI-assisted communications, errors may occur. No Financial or Legal Advice. AI-generated communications do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You should not rely on AI-generated messages as the sole basis for any financial decision.

Limitation of Liability for AI Responses. You agree not to hold the Company liable for any harm, financial or otherwise, caused by AI-generated responses. This includes, but is not limited to, any actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations, property information, or booking details.

5. Payments and Fees

When booking directly through atlantisrealty.rentals, payment is processed through Stripe. For returning guests utilizing installment payment plans, payments are processed through Authorize.net. For bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.), payment is handled by the respective platform according to their terms.

All payment transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processors in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. We never store, process, or have access to your full credit or debit card numbers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all transactions. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information as needed so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All payments shall be in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any booking.

Security Deposits and Damage

Certain properties may require a security deposit, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking. You are liable for any damage to the property, its furnishings, or its equipment caused by you or your guests during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge your payment method on file or deduct from your security deposit for any such damages.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and booking platform. For direct bookings, our cancellation policy will be communicated to you at the time of booking. For bookings through third-party platforms, the cancellation policy of the respective platform applies. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Property Access and Smart Locks

Properties managed by Atlantis Realty may use smart lock systems for guest access. By accepting your reservation, you agree to:

Use the access code provided solely for the duration of your authorized stay
Not share your access code with any person not included in your reservation
Not attempt to tamper with, modify, or bypass smart lock systems
Notify us immediately if you believe your access code has been compromised

Access codes are automatically deactivated upon checkout. Unauthorized use of access codes or attempts to access a property outside your reservation period may result in legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website atlantisrealty.rentals and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the website (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. 8. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

SINCE ATLANTIS REALTY MAY USE AI TECHNOLOGY THAT MAY GENERATE VARIABLE RESPONSES TO GUEST MESSAGES, YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD US LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR OTHER HARM CAUSED BY ANY AI-ASSISTED AUTOMATED MESSAGE. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

14. Indemnification
